Small batch production

With the help of small batch production, we offer you a solution for your business needs, which require repeated production of items in hundreds to thousands of pieces.

Currently we offer two types of 3D printing: FDM and MSLA

3D printing(FDM)

FDM is a popular 3D printing method that uses thermoplastic materials to create objects layer by layer. The process starts with a digital model, which is then divided into thin layers. These layers are then gradually extruded by a heated extruder onto the base platform. The extruder pushes the molten material through a precisely defined path, creating layers of material that gradually cool, harden and bond with the previous layers. This process continues until the overall 3D model is created.

3D printing(MSLA)

MSLA 3D printing is a method that uses ultraviolet (UV) light to precipitate a liquid material into a desired form. In the MSLA process, the material is placed in a bath and illuminated by precisely controlled UV light sources. UV light precipitates the liquid material on the base, forming thin layers. This process is controlled by software that gradually builds up layer by layer until the overall 3D model is created. MSLA printing is popular for its ability to create detailed and accurate models with smooth surfaces. This procedure is often used for the production of prototypes, models and products with a high degree of detail.

Comparison

While both types of 3D printing have their advantages, each excels at something different. FDM 3D printing offers a greater variety of available materials, colors and can produce larger objects than MSLA. MSLA, on the other hand, excels in heat resistance, accuracy of details and, with a higher number of models that we want to print, also at a higher speed.

It depends only on you which method you choose.
